A family get-away weekend. Check-in was a breeze, Sean and his staff made every effort to make sure that we were happy. The cookies at check-in was a pleasant surprise and very tasty. Our room (Jr. Suite) was large and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and sauna. My 7 year old daughter was happy to splash around in the warm water. We decided to have dinner at the hotel. Food was a tad pricey, but very good. The Sea Scallops were excellent. Children's menu was reasonable...can't go wrong with hot dogs and fries. We did have breakfast at the diner acrossed the street. Would definatey come back for another visit.

So far i have stayed at this hotel three time on three diffrent occasions and they have all been great. The rooms are very large, clean, and very well outfitted. I recommened this hotel to any one who wants to stay close to New York City.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at the Doubletree. All of the staff were beyond courteous and I loved the room. It was spacious, and even had a couch. The Neutrogena bath and beauty products were a nice touch as well. I only stayed one night, but really enjoyed my time there. After check-in, we had dinner in the lounge and had a nice chat with the very friendly bartender, Helen. Our room was clean and well decorated. We had the breakfast buffet the next day, which while a bit pricey, also came with the most delicious french toast I think I have ever tasted. Vegetarian options are a bit limited for dinner, but they were happy to modify a sandwich to meet my dietary needs. I wished I had an excuse to stay longer and enjoy the property more. I would definitely stay there again. I also found it convenient as it is right off a major highway.

I stayed here in early December 2008. It's hard to beat the value of this Doubletree. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate travel needs. The entire property is spotless--very well kept. It's in a fairly decent location. Only a few minutes by car to the train station and area restaurants. Very close to 287 and the Tappan Zee Bridge so driving to the surrounding area is fast and convenient. The ambiance is that of a lodge and gives you a very comfortable feeling. The rooms were adequately appointed with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on--tons of pillows. The bathroom was adequate and very clean. Overall the room is extremely quiet with very little noise from the hallway, courtyard or other rooms. I didn't eat in the hotel restaurant; however, the menu items looked appealing but very expensive. The business center was rather small with only a couple of computers; however, the free wireless internet in the rooms makes it convenient to conduct business from the comfort of a bed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
